| Until now, vacation ownership meant that you scheduled your holiday at the same time each year. FLEXTIME gives you the key to "unlock" your vacation ownership period to suit your changing needs. At South Seas Plantation, FLEXTIME is available only at the Plantation House Villas.
Ownership at Plantation House offers you total vacation flexibility during weeks 17 through 51. You may select the use of any week during this time period. It's that simple!
HOW DOES FLEXTIME BENEFIT ME ?
You may change the time of your vacation each year and still have the advantage of owning rather than renting your vacation week(s). Owning FLEXTIME allows you to plan for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or your own special holidays.
WHAT EXACTLY DO I OWN ?
You own deeded week at Plantation House, a premier vacation ownership resort at South Seas Plantation. You select the week from weeks 17 through 51 that you use each year. The week number on your deed is NOT your confirmed FLEXTIME week. It is used only for the purpose of titling.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY FLEXTIME ?
Complete and submit a flexible Reservation Request from specifying the week(s) of your choice. you will be confirmed for that time period on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Reservations can be made each year 12 months to 30 days prior to the vacation week you desire. There is no accrual or carry-over from one year to the next for unused time.
CAN I USE FLEXTIME FOR AN EXCHANGE VACATION ?
Yes, first reserve an exact flexweek as described above. Send one copy of the confirmation form indicating your specified week to your exchange company along with your request for exchange to the resort of your choice.
CAN I RENT MY FLEXTIME WEEK IF I DON'T USE IT ?
Yes, there is a South Seas Plantation Rental Program. They will assist you if you know you will not be using the week you have reserved. |
